For over four (4) years, Pamintori Cipta
had been engaged for conducting a
series of training programs for the
Indonesian National Traffic Police
Force. The Satlantas Training Project
(STP) is a World Bank funded project
tailorly designed for enchancing
capabilities of the Traffic Police in

schedule involving linked components are carried out which ultimately
lead to the introductions of appropriate training courses at the National
Traffic Police Training Center (NTPTC) - Serpong.
The scheme includes comprehensive assessment of training needs;
training course for Indonesian traffic police officers in the United
Kingdom; development of training curriculum and provision of training
equipments. As outlined earlier, all these were culminated in the
implementation of specialised traffic training courses at the NTPTC..
