OUR MANAGEMENT
Since 1991 there has been an internal management reformed for the firm, It
started with a change in constitution from a limited ownership to a group based
on an employee-owned limited company. This opened the ownership of the firm
to members of our qualified permanent staff and made possible a new style of
management, designed to ensure the highest dedication to the firm's professional
and corporate goals. The executive management of the firm undertaken by the
Members of the Board of Directors, which in turn is

supervised by a Board of Commissioners. Member of the Board of Directors are
elected and appointed by means of shareholders Committee Meetings.
